Leadership Edges

Mary Inglis and Gill Emslie

Monday 16th March, 2009

Leadership is the ability to access power to make a contribution and difference to the world. We all have this capacity, but often both personal and cultural ‘edges’ stop us taking more effective leadership in areas where we could make a contribution.

This workshop will encourage you to move past these edges to express new qualities of leadership, while also acknowledging your existing strengths.

We explore how our attitudes to power affect our ability to lead, and how leadership also involves recognising and working with the power of the self-organising tendencies in any group.

Cost:
£ 445 for participants with low income
£ 495 for participants with medium income
£ 595 for participants with high income
£ 795 for participants whose fees are being paid for by their organisation

includes 5 nights accommodation and all meals.

Mary Inglis is a long term faculty member of the Findhorn Foundation and leads courses and trainings worldwide in personal and group development, creativity and the Transformation Game.
Gill Emslie brings to the Findhorn Consultancy Service her experience in transpersonal psychology and organisational development. She is a coach and trainer offering specific skills for women in leadership.
